To become a member of VRON, you must either 1) have a valid Vacation Rental permit issued by the City of Palm Springs or 2) had a permit that expired in the last 3 years. You will receive an e-mail to validate your current or expired permit.

Become an annual member or renew your existing membership as a Property Management Company/Agency

Annual membership dues for agencies are $50/condo and $100/SFR managed by your organization. We do verify the numbers of homes managed using the City's Permit File. Upon request, you may split this into two bi-annual payments.

We do not share your contribution and personal information with any outside entities or other VRON-PS members.

VRON-PS is a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation.
