John is on a first name basis with the City Council and other city staff.  He has been a part of every major issue confronting the changes in vacation rentals since 2015.

John is the owner of Palm Springs Resort Homes.  Prior to founding Palm Springs Resort Homes, John worked as a Landscape Architect and Lighting Designer on a variety of single-family homes, private estates and large-scale commercial and residential development projects both in the Bay Area and the Coachella Valley. In addition to exercising his creative talent in the area of design, John was able to develop his financial skills and polish his business acumen while working in the field of personal financial planning.  It’s a perfect combination, making for a natural progression to property management where he assists clients in maximizing the investment potential of their real estate holdings.  He is also a licensed Landscape Architect and California Real Estate Broker.

John is a Southern California native and had his first visit to Palm Springs when he was six months old.  Childhood visits set the pattern for a lifetime love of the city.  Having first purchased property in Palm Springs in 2000, John became a full-time resident in 2013.
