Luz Delgadillo is the Director of Homeowner Experience for Oranj Palm Vacation Homes, one of the largest and oldest rental agencies in town. Luz brings a wealth of industry knowledge and has over 13 years of vacation rental experience. Currently, she manages approximately 200 homeowner properties throughout the Coachella Valley. She also assisted in the “We Love Palm Springs - VOTE NO on Measure C,” the 2018 ballot initiative to ban Palm Springs vacation rentals, which was defeated by a 70-30% margin.

Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Luz has many ties to the community. In 2013, she graduated from College of the Desert with a degree in Digital Design and Production as well as a certification in Small Business Management. She has a passion for art and graphic design. Her work can be found in almost all of Oranj Palm’s materials. For 2 years, she volunteered as a Junior Docent at the Palm Springs Art Museum and assisted in the summer art programs as well.

As a long-serving employee in the industry, Luz feels it’s important to continue the work of protecting vacation rentals. She works closely with many homeowner partners and believes she is an ideal candidate to advocate for them. Palm Springs is a tourist destination and vacation rentals are a huge part of it.

In her spare time, Luz enjoys quality time with her daughter as well as hiking the beautiful trails that Palm Springs has to offer.
